Market Mavericks is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, financial planner, or tax adviser, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by Market Mavericks.

Any sample data, mock dashboard data, example P&L, example win rate, example trade history, or illustrative result shown on the website or inside the app is for demonstration purposes only and should not be interpreted as typical, expected, or promised user performance.

AI-generated outputs may be wrong

MAV may use artificial intelligence systems to summarize information, label sentiment, analyze your journal, identify patterns, generate educational feedback, or respond to user questions.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, or inappropriate for your situation. AI systems may misinterpret your trading data, market context, uploaded files, journal notes, screenshots, or questions.

You should independently verify all AI-generated information before relying on it. You should not place trades solely because an AI feature, sentiment label, journal insight, risk tool, or MAV Coach response suggests or implies a possible action.

Market data and news may be delayed or inaccurate

MAV may use third-party providers for market data, financial news, pricing, sentiment labeling, analytics, or infrastructure. Market data, news, prices, quotes, indicators, timestamps, sentiment labels, and related information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to provider limitations.

MAV is not an execution platform and does not guarantee real-time accuracy, uninterrupted access, or complete market coverage.

Risk tools are estimates only

Any position sizing, daily loss guardrail, R:R visualization, Kelly-suggested risk, drawdown metric, trade score, risk metric, or portfolio/trade analytics feature is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

These tools rely on assumptions, user-entered data, uploaded CSV files, third-party data, and calculations that may be incorrect or incomplete. You remain responsible for verifying all calculations and determining whether any risk level is appropriate for you.

Your psychology and discipline matter

Trading can be emotionally and psychologically stressful. Journaling and analytics may help you review your behavior, but they cannot eliminate risk, guarantee discipline, or prevent losses.

Market Mavericks does not guarantee that MAV will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, profitable, or available at all times. Service outages, API failures, data delays, software bugs, account issues, user error, payment failures, or infrastructure problems may occur.

Market Mavericks does not guarantee any trading result, financial outcome, educational outcome, improvement in performance, reduction in losses, or increase in profitability.
